In Mojang’s recent monthly news video, where they discussed upcoming updates and game details, the spotlight was on the live event scheduled for October 15 and the accompanying mob vote. The revelation is set for the first week of October. In just two weeks, players will be introduced to the new potential mobs vying for votes. Vu Bui, Mojang’s presenter, confirmed that all three mobs will make their debut on the game’s official YouTube channel.

When and How Will the Mob Vote Take Place?

Mojang’s recent announcement of the new Minecraft Live event in 2023 also included crucial information about the new mob vote. According to their official article, the mob vote will kick off at 1 pm EDT on October 13, 2023, and conclude at 1:15 pm EDT on October 15, 2023.

Players will have a generous window of more than two days to select and vote for their preferred mob. This voting period will even overlap with the main event, allowing players additional time to make their final choice.

How Can Players Vote?

Players can cast their votes in three different ways: through a special Bedrock Edition server, the official game launcher, and the official game website. The most engaging and enjoyable way to partake in the 2023 mob vote event is by diving into the special server crafted by Mojang for this purpose. This server is easily accessible from the Bedrock Edition’s main menu screen.
