The NASA Workbench is used to craft all spaceships (currently only one type), and other space vehicles such as Moon Buggys. Upon right-clicking the NASA workbench you will see the following interface:

Since 0.0.10, Rocket NASA Workbenches have a new model. They also need a 3x3 square of free space to place.
The launch pad is required for the launch of any spacecraft. To allow a spaceship to be placed, there must be a 3 x 3 launch pad, as shown in the image below:
Space Stations is a new feature added in 0.1.23 that allows a player to create their own personal space station! Customize and make yours unique! To allow friends to join your space station, use the /ssinvite [player] command or change the config value for "Space Stations Require Permission" to false.
Space Stations require 16 Tin, 8 Steel and 12 Iron ingots to create.
Here is a fully functioning Portable Oxygen System:
Rocket Fuel is required for the launch of all spacecraft.
Since 0.0.10, rocket fuel has undergone an overhaul.
To get a filled fuel canister, first you need to craft an empty liquid canister.
You then need to create a Portable Oil Extractor
To fill the liquid canister, you will need to mine between level 20 and level 30 until you find an oil deposit. You can then use your extractor to fill the empty liquid canister. Please leave feedback on oil spawning rate (too high or too low).
To process the crude oil into usable Rocket Fuel, you need to make a refinery.
After connecting your refinery to a power source, you can then use your refinery to process the oil by connecting an electrical source.
Loading Rocket Fuel
Crafting a Fuel Loader:
To setup a launch station, place a Fuel Loader beside the launch pad and connect a power source to the Fuel Loader.
After creating this or a similar setup, add a fuel tank into the fuel loader and it will pump fuel into the spaceship on the launch pad.
The Oxygen Compressor, once connected to an Oxygen Pipe with sufficient oxygen flowing through it, will refill depleted oxygen tanks that are placed inside.
While wearing Sensor Goggles, the following interface will appear. Any mobs (not including other players) will appear a bright blue, which helps with sight of mobs on dark planets.
Sensor Goggles allow you to find ore blocks in a nearby radius, without being too overpowered.
With Advanced Mode off, as shown below, the interface will display where ore blocks ore located relative to player head rotation. Only ore within 3 blocks of the player will be displayed.
With Advanced Mode on, as shown below, the indicator also checks distance from player on the y-axis aswell. This is more useful, but will take a bit more getting used to.
To set up an Air Lock, place two Air Lock Frames on each side, and two on the top and bottom. Connect a redstone wire to the side frames and power the wires to enable the lock. More functionality will be added for this feature in the near future.
Parachutes are used to make safe landings on Planets and Moons. Coloring your parachute is purely aesthetic.
Claim your territory with a flag with your face on it! Flags are dyeable with all vanilla minecraft dyes.
