How to Summon:
- Summon the Wither Storm just like a regular Wither but replace the center Soul Sand or Soul Soil block with a Command Block, as shown below:
- Alternatively, use the special summoning item. Simply press the button on the Command Block, and the Wither Storm will begin summoning automatically.
- The Wither Storm will take about 1 minuto to fully form.
Wither Storm Phases:
Stage 1:
- Health: 600
- The Wither Storm shoots destructive skulls and begins absorbing blocks and items to grow.
Stage 2:
- Health: 1,000
Stage 3:
- Health: 6,000
Stage 4:
- The Wither Storm grows more tentacles, with purple light from its eyes to absorb everything.
- Health: 20,000
Stage 5:
- Gains two more tentacles, absorbs even more blocks, and can shoot energy beams.
- Health: 50,000
Stage 6:
- Evolves into its Destroyer form with three heads and powerful tentacles that sweep away everything. Watch out for its atomic beam attack!
- Health: 300,000
You can use arcos, crossbows, or tridents to blind it temporarily by aiming for its heads. This prevents it from absorbing mafias and shooting skulls for a while. Additionally, the Command Block Sword’s beam can repel and blind the Wither Storm.
Stage 6.1:
- Health: 300,000
Stage 7:
- Final stage in this demo, the Wither Storm becomes colossal with longer tentacles, a wider attack range, and begins causing rain and thunderstorms.
- Health: 6,000,000
The Wither Storm can easily defeat the Wither and the Ender Dragon.
Wither Storm Addon Items:
- Amulet: Tracks the Wither Storm’s distance and stage. Press the button to switch tracking functions.
- Command Block Book: Boosts your speed, defense, and more while holding it. Sitting down grants health restoration and prolonged immunity from damage.
- Command Block Sword: A powerful weapon dealing 32 damage. Press to shoot beams, or sit down to defend.
- Holy Water: A throwable potion that heals mobs. Use it on sickened mobs to cleanse them or on the Wither Storm (Stages 1-3) to deal damage.
- Nuclear Missile: Summons a massive nuke with a 73-block radius explosion, capable of destroying everything. This is useful for taking down the Wither Storm in its Destroyer stage. Detonates in 64 seconds, but can be deactivated with shears or manually triggered with Redstone or Fireball.
- Withered Nether Star: Dropped after the Wither Storm’s death. Use the 1st form (orange star) for Stages 1-5 and the 2nd form (purple star) for Stages 5-7. Revive the Wither Storm by throwing it onto a Beacon.
- Wither Storm Skull: Shoots powerful skulls that can even destroy Bedrock. Collect this item from the Wither Storm’s corpse after killing it with a Nuclear Missile.
Wither Storm Behavior:
- Occasionally, the Wither Storm will inflict the sickened effect on targets. After a short time, infected mobs will mutate into sickened mobs, attacking other mobs and spreading the infection.
- Cure: You can remove the effect by eating an Enchanted Apple, or use Holy Water on sickened mobs to return them to normal.
- Use a Catalejo to track the current stage of the Wither Storm.
When the Wither Storm dies, it will begin to disintegrate, turning purple and dropping obsidian blocks. Mobs hit by these blocks will take damage.
Upon death, the Wither Storm drops a purple star. Try throwing this star onto a Beacon to discover its power!
